If Sanctuary cities would hold illegals convicted of crimes, that is where they would concentrate.
As it is today, sanctuary city allows Hector back on the street.
ICE has to go to the pot farm where Hector works to get him. While they are there it makes sense to check ID’s. No telling how much future crime is prevented.
