Has Mitch said what he plans to do if House holds Articles of Impeachment?

Did he give an specifics what Senate will do? I heard he went in dry on the House process but did he actually say what he will do if Articles are held?

Not yet. There is the possibility they could wait an appropriate amount of time (based on the timeframe of previous Impeachments) then declare them null and void as the House has refused to pass them on in a timely manner.

Pelosi already walked that back this morning. She's now saying she'll withhold naming the House's trial managers until the Senate rules are finalized to determine how many there will be. Between last night and this morning it was explained to her how stupid and meaningless her threat was.

Have the President request dismissal on Sixth Amendment grounds.

pretty clear dems want to hold things off so they can go fishing with trump taxes, bob report or other stuff like White House counsel or who knows what they are cooking up. Coke turtle can end it with a no show vote

I think they are looking for leverage to bribe or blackmail Republican Senators to their side, more than looking for more evidence against Trump

You have 53 Senators. He can do anything he wants.
First thing I would do, if I were him, would be to announce a proposed rule change to the Senate Rules: If an impeachment resolution isn't received within 72 hours, it is deemed to have lapsed under Senate Rules and requires a new House vote before consideration.
