Trump has said Antifa would be named a terrorist organization. What I haven’t seen is any official statement that they have been officially named. Does anybody know?

In my opinion, Antifa is a fascist organization and should be hunted down to the ends of the earth and prosecuted to the max.

1. It would be unconstitutional.

2. ANTIFA describes a belief system (and a dangerous one) but not an organized group that can even be litigated against in the first place.

3. We probably don't want the government having the authority to apply broadly defined labels to citizens in order to silence and imprison them. Who would provide oversight to make sure political opponents and dissidents aren't called ANTIFA to get rid of them? Like China does?

No, but I patiently wait for the tweet from Trump saying they have been.

Love watching Conservatives approving of the government regulating thoughts. This is good stuff.

For an unorganized group, they seem to organize mayhem pretty well.

Barr is on it - he’ll find someone to prosecute.

Maybe. I hope.

If you call every group of opportunistic anarchist nutbags ANTIFA, and invent a grand scheme of coordination for them, then yeah they are.

What I want to know is if the official terror group designation has become official yet? Too bad some chuckle heads here can’t grasp that one thing.

ANTIFA is an international organization. Pretty much everything you posted is wrong or a lie.

This is the thing about liberals. They can do anything they want to conservatives and it's A ok - we are supposed to just take it and never retaliate. Good luck with that.

Antifa is a real issue. They are smart for not having an HQ and an org chart though.

That gives our leftist friends the ability to say they aren’t really an organization.

It's an international movement, sure, but not an organization. Do you have any evidence to back up what you're saying, or are you just buying into fear-mongering?

Wait, so Trump issued an EO that was really just in essence a press release with no actual effect? Shocking. It’s almost like Section 230 protection is still in place despite an EO about that...

I will when you explain why it matters and what the functional difference is.

When they claim to be ANTIFA and take or give directions as ANTIFA, that seems like they are ANTIFA.

Shut them down.

Oh they are organized. Just because they don't hold clan meetings don't mean they aren't organized. Every attack on cities uses social media and other methods for gathering. They are 100pct organized and successful in their destruction. Leftwing terror organization.

Out of all arguments one can use to support them, this one may be the most pitiful to make.
