Count it as one of the very occasional times I'll agree with her.
She's referencing improved economic, safety, and political conditions in the places from where most of the illegal immigration is coming. Over the long run, that is by far the best way to mitigate the flow of illegal immigration into the country.

I hate this lady but this is what ultimately needs to be addressed. We give billions of $ to these corrupt governments in Central America every year and nothing changes. A new strategy needs to be put in place but I know damn well the libs aren’t gonna come up with one. They see these illegal immigrants as future votes.
