Harris vs. Barr

Finally had a few minutes to watch the full exchange between Kamala Harris and Bill Barr on the Mueller hearing report.
I had seen here and elsewhere that Harris had pretty much wiped to floor with Barr. I thought that was interesting given the little I had seen of AG Barr's other testimony and how well he handled clearly hostile questioning.
Well, if you have not seen it here is the link (8 or so minutes) Harris v Barr.
I do not come to the conclusion Harris came out on top. She tried to land blows with a couple "yes or no" type questions, but from what I see Barr did with her what he did with everyone else. Answered the question and showed a studious demeanor and seriousness while doing so.
If you think Harris came out on top - please specifically point out when and how.
TIA

As I was watching it, I thought Barr should have said, "Ms. Harris, I'm here to answer questions -- not to be cross examined. I refuse to answer one of your misleading and fraudulent 'Yes' or 'No' questions, when the answer CLEARLY requires an explanation."

It wasn't a great exchange for Barr on its face, but it wasn't a floor-wiping either.
Taking another view of it and you see what Harris was trying to do at one point was to box him into saying he had not looked over all the evidence yet. Well there's over a million fricking pages and he's only been in the job for a month. There's absolutely no way he (even with his whole staff helping) could have gone through all the evidence in a month, thus her cheesy-assed dependence on yes/no answers.
Her time was used for nothing more than an attempt to boost her polling numbers.

Its amazing who yall damn for having connections and who yall don't damn for having connections.
Some folks never get by on merit, and some others always get by on merit.
Its widely known in legal circles (per my contemparies/colleagues) that the federalist society is the affirmative action pool for conservative lawmakers/lawyers.

Her one point that was meaningful was STUPID beyond belief. Was the AG supposed to delay the release of the report so that he could review all of the interviews, documents, intercepts, etc.? If he went that route and delayed the release of the report, what would her (and other Democrats') reaction have been?

Not only that but it puts him in an impossible situation. She complained just like everyone else that they all had to wait a couple of weeks for the report to be made public, yet there she was basically bitching about him not taking MORE time.

No way, you can't be real. Nope.

I was waiting for Barr to ask her why Congress didn’t initially ask Rosenstein, as a witness, to recuse himself from leading the investigation.

Exactly
What’s the point of a Special Counsel if the AG has to fact-check the entire report?
If Mueller is to be considered credible, then so must his report
This is just a case of killing the messenger because the Dems don’t like the message

She has done this over a dozen times now. Someone just needs to answer repeatedly "Yes or no", "Yes or no". And watch the gallery laugh at her til you finally say, "Now if you want to have an adult conversation and stop running for office we can proceed".

Other information that has come to light in the past year which contradicts that this is a preference of hers.
