On this day, which is also Flag Day, I'd like to say this: As a legal immigrant who once came to America for higher education, I must say that the country I arrived in was a lot different than the one it is since the current administration took over. While I condone some (not all) of the political agendas Mr. Trump represent, he himself is nothing more than a demagogue. I take just as strong an objection to him as a person as I take to his legion of #maga army that take pride in making sure that people such as myself know that we’re somehow lesser. I hope sense of decency return to what certainly was once the land of the free and home of the brave.
