Sat as a juror on a Murder trial.
Things i took away from it.
DA did a piss poor job of presenting his case.
Defense did a decent job of dealing with what they had.
Never sit on a murder trial with a lib woman juror.
But in the end i feel that we reach some type of Justice.
Defendant was found Guiltily of Manslaughter, did my job.

If the DA did a piss poor job of presenting his case and the defendant was found guilty how is that doing your job?

That’s silly.
Why wouldn’t there be room for a guilty verdict even if the DA didn’t do a great job?
Say the murder was on video and it’s clear as day to the jury that the defendant is guilty. It’s still possible for a DA to do a below average job in the case.

We went through the evidence and had to figure stuff out that
he didn't present, to reach a verdict. Piss Poor is probably
a poor choice of words.

It was presented into evidence.

For one, the prosecutor didn’t get a murder conviction.

Again bad choice of words..
What i should had said he presented evidence into the court
but some of it he didn't argue on it, that we thought he should have.

Would love to hear the complications and pangs that came from this. Did you have to give her civics 101?

There will be no real justice. no real peace. as long as these fruitcakes exist.

So what are you trying to say here? When you say you the jury had to figure it out, what exactly do you mean? Did you guys use outside sources and methods to break down evidence that was entered into evidence but not presented?

A lot of it was from the ME testimony and Crime scene Photos that were enter into evidence.

It was an honest question. I don't know why people are so pissy about curiosity around here. I would not equate a piss poor presentation with proving beyond a reasonable doubt. Hence, why I asked the question.
I truly hope justice was served.

No. He clearly said they went through the evidence. Example: A forensic expert matches the defendants fingerprints to those on the murder weapon. This is submitted into evidence, but the prosecutor never mentions it to the jury in his arguments. This is an unlikely scenario, but I’m trying to establish that the OP’s scenario is possible. It is!

Maybe you could put together a cheap gif to show the DA what they missed?
