Half of all Dems want to ban all guns. Majority of Dems want to ban semi-automatic guns.

Nobody wants to take away your guns.

Most Dems are too dumb to know what a semi-automatic is. They hear “automatic” in the definition and think you can shoot 300 rounds a second with it.

If you can believe it, Democratic respondents were split on this question. Forty-four percent said they would support such a ban, while a oh-so-slightly larger 46 percent said they would oppose it.

The chorus from those advocating an expansive reading of the Second Amendment is ALWAYS “Why are the gun-grabbers complaining about my AR, when handguns are the weapon used in most murders?”. Here, it looks like the Dems are finally looking at that issue.

I don’t think that the Second would allow a ban of either class of weapon, but that is an entirely different question. Just be honest.

Dems should and can self-ban themselves from owning all firearms. They could easily eliminate all the problem there.
