I'd posit that we're just seeing the tip of the damaging content iceberg.
It's important to remember, this isn't the CCP emptying the blackmail tank, but rather a faction that runs counter to the hardline Party folks in CHY-na. The CCP would never release this stuff, particularly not drip-drip-drip style like we're seeing.
This entire reveal of Hunter's laptop contents is a counterintel op AGAINST China by forces within their own country.
