Guys, what would you do if your wife came home and told you she was a dude?

This just happened to a friend of ours in Los Angeles. My wife and I know the couple in question, although we're more friends with the mom (dad is mostly MIA thru divorce)
Anyway, this couple is in their late 30's. The woman is odd. I've know her since she was about 15 or so and she has always been odd. Super smart, but can't fit in. Almost non-existent social skills. Vegan. Changed her name 5 or 6 years ago from Christine to Moon Something-or-other. Not Moonbeam, but something like that.
Anyway, she and her hubby went over the the mother-in-law's house Friday night to tell her that Christine is really a "man" and has already started hormone injections. She is changing her name again, this time to a "male" name. They both told the mom that the hubby is "okay with it and totally supportive." Fwiw, the hubby is a quintessential Beta male, so he's probably getting a boner just thinking about his "wife" becoming a "man."
Guys, how would you handle it?
