I’d be willing to bet Kamala Harris has it right now. Her campaign manager got it as well as others. That explains why she has disappeared.
My guess is that when Trump wins, they claim it was an invalid election because of Covid 19. This will justify continued resistance and obstruction.

None of this will happen, either. This is all stupid conjecture. “Democrats” have no reason to do this. Most of the ones with real power fancy themselves as President; the last thing they do is put Kamala Harris in the Oval Office, so they would have to wait eight years before they could run.
