In a super close election, this could be the difference between a President Trump or Biden. Crazy that liberals are all about voters having choices, but then celebrate when the Green Party or Kanye are taken off the ballots. Hypocrites!

That's insane

What's the reasoning?

Why those 2 states specifically?

It helps Trump and hurts biden.

Let me rephrase it, the greens on the ballot helps Trump and hurts Biden. That's why it's being removed.

Gotta rebuild that blue wall somehow.

I didn't write that clearly. The greens on the ballot helps Trump and hurts Biden, that's why they're getting removed.

All the hilarity aside, here is the answer to you questions:
quote:

The Wisconsin Elections Commission had split 3–3 along partisan lines on the matter of denying ballot access to the Green Party because of a technicality — two different addresses were given for the party’s vice presidential nominee, who moved during the pandemic.

On Thursday, Pennsylvania’s supreme court disqualified the Green Party over another technicality — that state filing papers were not submitted in person.
The Wisconsin court never reached the merits of the challenge to the Commission ruling, saying that the movants waited too long and that any court decision could not be made in time to prevent interference with the election (not enough time to print ballots).

Your first draft was perfectly comprehensible.

Yeah, the second one is better.

so the DEM party has conceded any grandiose "why are you against voting access" arguments, at least re: WI and PA

that is literal rigging the election and disenfranchising voters

The irony is these people who supposedly care about the integrity of elections and want to avoid "election interference" will no doubt be all in favor of "junk mail voting" and the guaranteed fkery to follow.

Judges and Lawyers treat the Law like a two-bit whore then lecture "laypersons" about integrity....you can't make this shite up!

As someone who intends to use their vote for a lesser party in order to peacefully protest (that we need more parties), I find this deeply troubling.

This is actually "undemocratic".
