The victim, a grandmother who is Mexican American, was trying to get off a city bus Friday when another female passenger hurled an anti-Chinese slur at her, the Eastsider reported.
The assailant then pulled the elderly woman, identified only as Becky, to the front of the bus and pummeled her, the report said.
“Nobody would help. Not even the bus driver,” her son, Pete, told the website.
The beatdown eventually stopped after a passenger called 911, he added.

Blacks are jealous of Asian success. This Beasley TPOS was so filled with hate she couldn’t even distinguish between an Asian person and a Hispanic person.

May (almost never) issue CCW county, and pretty sure they ban the possession of a firearm on public transportation....if it was ever in question this should answer who the state/local gov't is 'protecting'.

It feels like the Biden administration's sudden obsession with violence against Asians was the equivalent of telling their constituents, "sick 'em." But IDK, this is probably just what it looks like when you ask the media to highlight attacks on a group that have always been there - but don't highlight the pesky details of who the perps are.
