Seems Louisiana doesn't have such a bad governor leading our state after all. The man was cautious and followed the recommendations of the Trump Administration and CDC.

Well if you're really Sandra Bulloch. I'd welcome your advances.

So having a Governor not as bad as the worst is cause to celebrate?

I hope one day yall can get a Governor as good as DeSantis or even Scott.

Most will tell you they did with Piyush Jindal.

But truly we haven't had a great one since Gov. Murphy Foster left office.

Anyone who has Edwin Edwards and Huey Long as his political role models is a piece of shite and JBE that kind of piece of shite that thinks the world of Huey Long and Edwin Edwards and lionizes them.

Furthermore, JBE's tenure as Governor has exactly mirrored those two and it has been a huge disaster.

2023 can't get here soon enough.

When Louisiana is used to ranking 49th and 50th in things, having the 47th best governor is an improvement. Maybe with a better governor the other rankings will improve also.

Because we do not have complete communism, let us just pat ole JBE on the back.

Jeffrey Dahmer looks like an okay feller standing next to Satan.

I think JBE closed and opened Louisiana about the right time, all things considered. Especially factoring in Mardi Gras. Maybe could have opened a week sooner, but in there were so many “essential” classifications it didn’t matter too much. It would be hard to not end up in jail if I lived in Michigan.

J. Bel panicked and overreacted. Many Parishes had no deaths and few cases while other Parishes had few deaths and few cases. Local medical authorities should have been able to decide what is best but J. Bel went overboard and destroyed the economies of most of the state instead of concentrating on the areas where the most cases occurred!!!!!!!!!!

Knowing what we know now, one could say the same re Trump.

BTW, my wife talked to an old friend this morn; he's in his 80's and lives secluded up in North Tangipahoa Parish. Caught CV from his neighbors grandchildren...and had a headache and fever...for ONE day. That was it. No-smoker and pretty healthy lifestyle. Will be interesting to see how antibody tests pan out. A lot of people will demand an AB Test to see if they are immune, in lieu of taking the coming Vaccines.

You obviously like governors who raise taxes and spend.

Can’t wait for your hot take on how Bumpy Head handles the looming budget shortfalls falls from oil prices plummeting.

Now old Jindal failed. Let’s see Bumpy’s solution!
My bet is more tax and spend!

That's like saying Archer was better than Hallman, or Tepper was better than Malveto.

One thing is certain, he has had absolutely no help from the mayors of LA's largest cities.
