Governor Edwards Short Term Plan

Since he has decided to move the goalposts, Governor Edwards is going draw this out much longer than the data suggests is required. We all know he is seeking federal money. But he is also trying to keep cases minuscule for his own street cred. We know this virus won’t go away in the short term. The question is whether we wreck the economy to have 0.010% versus 0.015% case rate.
For this misguided goal, I think JBE’s short term plan is to draw this Phase 1 out past the 4th of July holiday. That’s the last big gathering day before school starts. Pools and other leisure activities/venues will remain closed until Monday July 6th.
Again, he wants to milk this virus for all its worth and parlay it to his next gig.

All the minorities and nursing home victims surely caught this thing at a swimming pool or health club. This entire situation is so damn ridiculous, and all of the lap dogs that fall in line are even more ridiculous than their overlords.

Got me....First time. Not second. Though both times the GOP candidate was about as poor a quality as they come. Sorry that I have convictions that transcend a letter behind ones name, bro. Maybe the GOP pols will eventually get their heads out their asses and put up a half-competent candidate once in a while!
But back to the matter at hand. We need to push back on drawing out Phase 1. And our legislators need to hear from us constantly! No more toothless resolutions!

I didn’t vote for the democrat. I’m 50 and my first vote was for Bush sr.
I’ve never voted for a god damn democrat and if I found a gene in a bottle and was given three wishes there would not be a single democrat left on this planet.

The only conviction that matters is that elections have consequences.
And I voted accordingly for Vitter and Rispone because John Bel Edwards opposed my political and financial interests and is supported by the usual suspects that keep Louisiana a terrible place to raise a family and earn a paycheck in.
