He wants to join the winning side.

This will be huge just like when Sen. Richard Shelby of Alabama switched from Democrat to Republican. I think we will see more of this, like Sen Joe Manchin (D-WV) and former Sen Jim Webb (D-VA) becoming Republicans.

He previously switched from Republican to Democrat in 2015. He is simply switching back.

Democratic Party is now freaking out because GOP now controls governor + legislative bodies in 26 states. Democrats have just 6.

Sen Manchin welcomes Trump to WV.

even executives at coal companies admit they are not going to add any jobs like they used to or even in comparison to other sources.

I don't believe any county in West Virginia went for HRC. That would have been unthinkable even a decade ago.

As a resident of a coal producing state, where's the evidence? Kentucky coal production is still declining and miners are still losing their jobs.

No 'Trumb bump' Yet for Kentucky's Beleaguered Coal Industry

Well la dee fricking dah

Do they have Google in your coal producing state?

Reuters : coal exports soar

"U.S. coal exports have jumped more than 60 percent this year due to soaring demand from Europe and Asia, according to a Reuters review of government data, allowing President Donald Trump's administration to claim that efforts to revive the battered industry are working."

Your link is laughable. A temporary increase in coal exports to Europe does not a recovery make. And again, it hasn't reached Kentucky even in a temporary status. The Commonwealth lost another 200 workers last quarter.

La dee dah that, motherfricker.

You are correct. A complete republican sweep for Trump in WV.
