One is for me.

One is for my wife.

One is for the mother of the person who owned my house two owners (and nearly 20 years) ago, who I’m pretty sure has been dead for about 18 years (I only know because this former owner used to live in the neighborhood).

Can I do anything about this?

Yes.

Get a mail in ballot and cast the dead former owner’s vote.

Millions are doing it.

Either call secretary of states office or fill out a form online so there is a paper trail .

You can also search via the voter portal for the person

And once you send in notice she no longer lives there, the name goes in the "to be used in 2024" file because they know no one will show up to say someone voted in their name.

Think about cali, you are an illegal, you go to get a license and you have to check the box I am illegal or not, so you dont check the box and voila you get a notice just like you did. They dont return it, send a notice to a govt office, heck no. And thus you end up with millions on a dead list and NO republican will ever be governor or senator again. And with no id and mail in

Heck Rhodesia has more voter security, just ask the crocodile he runs the place now.

Report it to sec of state

I looked about a month ago for my grandmother (she died in march) to see if I could absentee vote (I wouldn't do it, I was seeing if it was possible) and she had already been removed. I was pleasantly surprised.

You’re right. I rechecked and the three mailings actually came from the Orleans Registrar, not the Secretary of State. It just referenced info from the SOS. The one I opened included my voter registration card as did my wife’s hers. I didn’t open the dead lady’s mail but her envelope looked identical to ours, so I’m only assuming it’s the same thing for her.

Should I open it?

And there it is. The hotbed of voter fraud in this state.

Report it.

My Register, Sandra Wilson Ph.D, says to contact her by phone to make any changes and gave her phone number. Can I really do so on behalf of a dead woman I have no relation to?

Many states make the voting records public. I know that Nebraska shows the registered voter's name, party affiliation, and if they voted in the last two or three elections. You should check to see if she has voted because if she did vote and she is dead, you know who she voted for.
