Shockingly, this media narrative is not true. The cops were called after the women raised their voices and refused to leave the course as requested for breaking policy.

But of course in the MSM eyes, they are racist white pigs....yet they are allowed to be members at this club in the first place.

YORK, Pa. (AP) — A golf club in Pennsylvania has apologized for calling police on a group of black women after the co-owner and his father said they were playing too slowly and refused requests to leave the course. "I felt we were discriminated against," one of the women, Myneca Ojo, told the York Daily Record. "It was a horrific experience." Sandra Thompson and four friends met up Saturday to play a round of golf at the Grandview Golf Club, where they are all members, she told the newspaper.

JJ Chronister also sent along the club's score card and rules of play, which note that pace of play is monitored and an 18-hole round needs to be completed in 4 hours and 15 minutes or less.

"In the past, players who have not followed the rules, specifically pace of play, have voluntarily left at our request as our scorecard states," she wrote in response to follow-up questions. "In this instance, the members refused to leave, so we called police to ensure an amicable result."

The group was approached twice about pace of play, JJ Chronister wrote, and told to leave, per policy, after taking an extended break following the 9th hole.

Thompson noted in her Facebook post that she got permission from the clerk to play with five people — golf groups are usually limited to four — and they finished the front nine in about two hours.

Why is the course apologizing? If they violated policies at the club, then toss their asses out.

They should be lucky they were allowed on the course. There's a club here in BR that still won't allow blacks to play or join.

Pretty much par for the course.

Thompson said she's not sure a meeting is what needs to happen. "There needs to be something more substantial to understand they don't treat people in this manner," she said.

I’m guessing they want a free club membership for life. You don’t treat people in the manner of making them follow longstanding rules

Call to police warranted. Screw a five man/person group.

I've been kicked off of plenty of golf courses, I only made the news once, and the dick that wrote the article made it seem like it was my fault for getting arrested.

I don't understand why they weren't allowed to play slow as long as they let golfers behind them play through.
I've played behind black women lots of times and they always give me the sign to play through.

Please, black people, follow the goddamn rules like everyone else and you won’t get the cops called.

The only part of this story I find surprising is that there are 5 black women that play golf.
