Absolutely Reckless.
And Newsom just this weekend apparently was dining in a restaurant with George Lopez that's shut down unless he orders it open. I don't see how much restraint the restaurant workers had to do to not spit in his food.

I'm sure it's happened to him on a few occasions this past year. Those hairstylists fricked up Pelosi with the camera, so I'm sure someone has been meddling with his (and her) food for the past couple of months.
