re: Global Warming in Full Effect

Wrong. The theory is that carbon emissions in the atmosphere will warm the temperature. The more GHG in the atmosphere, the warmer it will be. The greenhouse effect is certainly true at small scales and in every experiment we do in the lab. This theory has been around since the 1800’s yet all I hear about is Al gore. Earth is warming, we are creating pollutants everyday at historic rates, the lab proves that they warm the air. At what point does that go off the rails for you?

The cold outbreak has nothing more to do with climate change than did Katrina.
Weather events aren't climate changes.
Neither are forest fires, oil rig blowouts or tankers crashing.

Bahahahaha you didn’t even know about this? God y’all are just awful at debating this.

No. Those are called questions, that if climate change had any scientific validity as a predictive model - members of the Church of Climate Change would be able to answer.
Exactly. Don't ask those questions.

Nice work if you can get it. Tell everyone the trough isn't deep enough...you need more money to fix the problem.....for the children and the planet. There's one born every minute.

Lol you have memes to cover up the fact you won’t take a class. This is classic

Dale doesn’t even believe the earth is warming, I was told that most people on this board know it is, but that human involvement is up for debate. Wonder why they aren’t coming out of the shadows like I always predict.

That global warming better hurry up, it's screwing up my golf game.

Why don’t you just ask a professional, take a class, or visit a natural history museum and see for yourself?
Are there professionals in A Inconvenient Truth? Scientist and experts on climate and weather when I watch it?

What about golf games that got ruined by 120 degree heat

People don't differentiate between applied science, that can actually do stuff, and theoretical science, which attempts to explain stuff. One is reliable and not stacked with assumptions. But both are called Science.

Well, since you obviously have never been on a debating team lemme splain something, Lucy. You committed 2 drops. Drops = You lose.
2 very pertinent questions were posited and you whiffed at both. If fact, you ignored them 3 times. Wanna try again and look stupider than you do now? Here ya go:
1. If GW is a problem then the solution must result in cooler temps. So, how much cooler must the earth be? 3 degrees? 5 degrees?
2. Once you have answered that (let's say it's 3 F). How much will it cost to cool the earth by 3 degrees? How long will it take? A year? 10 years? 1,000 years?
What will be the cost? A billion dollars? A trillion dollars? A Gazillion dollars?
3. When the earth cooling takes place will it cool every country? If not, then GW impacts will continue. Because we are constantly told that refugees from places like Brazil are migrating here to escape high temps. If the earth cools 3 degrees but Brazil only cools 1 degree then they'll keep flooding in.

To successfully debate this I would need to make sure everyone agrees the earth is warming, whether that has absolutely nothing to do with human effect or not. There’s a few here that will call bullshite on that.

Saw this coming. The earths temperature is fine, we are worried about the future. Next.
Actually the next questions which aren’t even serious questions are pretty much destroyed by the first answer.

Should I explain why it’s easier to stay warm in cold weather while it’s harder to stay cool in warm?
This actually shows great insight into the world view of the brainwashed. The only context is the minutia of personal comfort. The dire problems of excessive cold vs excessive heat range far beyond being personally comfortable.
You're showing life in a bubble. Sad.

Wrong! Debate deals in hypothetical propositions. You can debate GW from the premise that the earth is warming, cooling or staying the same. You don't know shite about debating.
