I declare some of these shows have to be doing market research to determine what their (mostly boomer?) audience is most frightened of

I hate to tell Glenn, but Scripture says that "they will cast their gold into the streets". Just yesterday someone was griping in that via some complex 'Artificial' process, they are making BUTTER directly out of molecular Carbon.

I think it will be like Star Trek, dial in the molecular structure and punch the button. Voila. Of course they will be making 'humans' as well; whomever 'they' is. I doubt that whatever is flying around in those UAPs consume butter. Or ribeye. They likely get their energy straight from the sun minus the transitional energy forms. They can have it, and I'll stick with banana pudding.

What do I do with the gold if there's no dollar anymore and the country has collapsed. Confused by the gold hype

Supposedly barter with it like people did many years ago, but I have my doubts.

The gold grift like Lear Capital makes Lear a lot of money. The purchaser, not so much

Gold is a good investment, but only as a hedge and for portfolio diversification. Placing your entire life savings in physical gold is not wise. Storage costs is high and i would not keep it in a safe inside my house. This is not the movies.

Ammo is the new precious metal, has been for awhile. It'll be far far more valuable than gold or silver if the shtf.

Buy ammo now, while prices are low .... and double or triple your money the next time the libtards are in power.

Or x1000 your money should the shtf for real one day. Asteroid strike, zombies, libtard nazies, alien invasion, agriculture collapse, solar flare, nuclear war, etc., etc., etc.

Ammo is where it's at.

So the gold coin will drop to the value of a 50 pound sack of potatoes?

My dementia’d father got took by two guys at a nationally prominent gold seller that I will never trust a gold commercial.

These two guys sold him gold at 3k per ounce in 2015.

Then they bought it back at 100 over spot.

Huge loss and I only found it when I became his POA when he lived alone.

The base link to hydrocarbons is methane, one C. They are taking natural gas (which is almost all methane) and linking them to make longer hydrocarbons to produce fat molecules. Sasol does the same thing to make diesel from natural gas.

Simple methane:

to fats:

Would I eat it? Probably not.

Butter, coconut oil, tallow,....your hard at room temperature oil are saturated fats.

Natural butter has a lot more molecules than just saturated fats. Lots of protein and minerals too.

Good grief, GP...I go blank trying to comprehend that stuff. But if Capt. Kirk ate it, that's a go for me.

The last time I slaughtered my hogs, I shot 'Oinky' in the nose instead of the brain. Damn. Still ate him but I haven't forgot.
