When the shite hits the fan because of this who do you think the first call will be to from those 3 countries to bail them out and provide military support etc.

There is a plan afoot by ATA (American Trucking Association) to do the same thing in the states. The ATA is the trade group for the big mega trucking companies. The ATA wants this source of cheap labor.
In some states, the CDL testing is already being done in Spanish. Even though the FMCSA regulations state that a CDL holder has to read, write, and speak English. The regulations are being ignored.
Another issue with giving immigrants CDLs is the regulations state that an applicant must have a 3 year, verifiable employment history. And the trucking companies are supposed to check and verify before hiring. I can't believe that all these immigrant's have verifiable work histories.
