Go for it. The ATL airport is so far advanced in terms of Technology and Design that any airline would swoop in. If Delta moves, they would be instant losers

Screw Delta. Their planes smell like arse and feet. Even first class is half-assed.

Oh dear God
Do you even get why Delta is in ATL in the first place? And theyre just going to hand that revenue over to SWA or AA?

Not even close to the same thing For starters Delta isn’t denying service to anyone.
Posted on 3/1/18 at 10:04 pm to TejasHorn
So Delta loses $50 million in tax cuts and probably that much again in NRA members' boycott over time.
I like it.
I like it.

Kinda like baking cakes for gay people?
Educate yourself will ya? Your analogy only works if the baker was denying a discount because the couple was gay. Delta is not denying service to NRA members, they are just eliminating their discount. The baker denied a service the couple was paying for, which is discrimination.

then when Delta does something to be a-political, they lose their shite.

You think their going to New York??

I hope delta leaves and costs Georgia thousands of jobs. Amazon will most likely take their second headquarters elsewhere, that's good. Wahhhhhhh. They won't do business with the NRA, what a bunch of whiny bitches.

Of course you are to stupid to factor in the people that will use delta because the NRA is trash like your dumbass

It's a two-way street. The consequences occurred due to emotion (at least partially).

Amazon probably wasn't going to choose Atlanta anyway, but I doubt Bezos is a big fan of the NRA.

A compromise will be reached. The state needs Delta to stay at Hartsfield and Delta needs to stay at Hartsfield.
Moving requires more than just getting a new place and building it up. The latitude and longitude of Hartsfield Jackson International makes it hard to get away from and function as if nothing changed.

I'm sure companies looking to expand like Amazon love this kind of government action

Doing it in a way that makes you look like an insufferable suck up to the NRA is what I object to
Why do people use the term NRA as if it's some individual alien?
The NRA has 5M members who are citizens and people. Many are Georgia citizens.
Those PEOPLE are being asked to pony money up to support an organization that for some odd reason decided to crap on them
Their representatives decided, nah.
This ain't complicated shite and it's why for most of history, corporations had the good sense to know politics was to be avoided.

When a corporation makes a decision for obvious political reasons, its going to generate a political reaction.
If they didn't already have a BUSINESS arrangement with the NRA and during the post shooting hubbub, the made an announcement that they were joining with the NRA to give it's members discounts as an obvious political stand, that would also be stupid
You're a corporation. Every fricking chapter on "corporate responsibility" should be ripped out of college textbooks.
