So instead of knowing where the kids are, they're going to be out and about in public.

Makes sense.

All I know is I'm definitely not working from home.

I'd kill my kids

I hope everyone clears off the roads so my commute can be better for a few days.

Gov Kemp just said that he is leaving that decision to individual school systems to make on an individual basis.

He also said that he is not closing state offices or activities.

He is cancelling all state non essential travel.

My daughter is in her 3rd year at GT. I received and email shortly ago from Georgia Tech staring that the USG has determined that no classes within the University System of Georgia are being cancelled or moved to online status as of now.

GT has cancelled the programs listed in the below copy/paste paragraph.

“We have also made the decision to cancel all summer study abroad, GTL, international internships, exchange programs and Georgia Tech sponsored international curricular and co-curricular travel programs. The Office of International Education will follow up with program-specific details and additional guidance by March 23.”

I don't think any school superintendent is not going to take the Gov's recommendations.

If they do, that's some big balls and putting your neck out.
