He was saying he couldn't breath before he even got in the squad vehicle. It's the thing to say when you're being apprehended these days

well he was having a meth and fentanyl induced heart attack, probably elt like he couldnt breathe. the cops messed up right at the point where they decide not to do the hobble and instead restraining him by holding him until ems got there (afraid of excited delirium, which is no joke with a guy as big as floyd). the guy was going to die before ems got there anyway, but him dying with them still on him was the difference in half the country burning down

I don't know what can be proven but don't pretend for a second Chauvin isn't going down. NO juror is going to vote not guilty

CROWD:
Is he breathing?
Check his pulse!

CHAUVIN:
Yeah folks.
Just give me another 150secs to kneel on his carotid.

You think cops are listening to the ravings of street crowds during an arrest?

They may, and I mean may, have had better luck in their criminal charge, but they would have been charged and the loons would have rioted.

If he doesn't go down, the riots will dwarf Rodney King's verdict.

Yep

this had video

the Mike Brown case, we were told "hands up don't shoot, but was shot in the back 6 times in broad daylight"

Blacks believed it

Whites questioned that story from the start

come to find out...

Mike Brown tried to take the weapon from the officer who was still in his vehicle ...

gun goes off, Brown runs

officer gets out

aims gun, told to stand down

Brown charges officer at gun point, and is then shot...

Literally, everytime white cop or white man appears to be in the wrong causing the death of a black male, it ends up being the black male's actions were the reason for his tragic death

but half the country demands change

change of our police officers

when is someone going to go off....and demand black people wait for the facts?

Colin Kap needs to apologize to America and police for being so freaking wrong...and that his movement started on a fabrication

his movement should be "what not to do around police officers while stoned"

2nd Degree Murder charge is a fricking joke.

Even negligent homicide would be a stretch.

Yep

Throughout this whole ordeal, I’ve never heard one of them try to place responsibility on their own community

BLM wants a quick hanging of the officer, then ask questions...

the same thing happened with TRayvon, Brown, Sterling, Garner...

all tore the country apart, each ended up being a different truth than we thought in the beginning.

The lesson?

The lesson is the media in this country needs to be burned to the ground. They're complicit in all of this and they do it on purpose.

it's why we call it addiction...

That's bullshite and it is an excuse used to absolve junkies of personal responsibility.

Exactly. I'm not saying what the verdict should be, I'm saying that they could charge him with terrorism and espionage and it's 99% going to be guilty

Man they were listening, they were listening to a crowd gathering becoming more and more aggressive. Like I said before, I blame the last few minutes of this on the crowd, and the first part on Floyd. Watching the video, that cop was focused on something in front or around him, which happens to be the increasingly agitated crowd in front of him. Had that crowd not gathered and the cops didn’t have to worry about being overtaken by them, a good chance whatever the cops needed to do for the excited delirium was done. I blame them for the death, and Floyd, not the copper.

The plans were there and they chose this time to implement them. It would have happened at some point this summer before the election.
