He can't pardon them all from rotting in hell.

Hope these people live a miserable rest of their lives.

Why would he need a pardon?

You cannot pardon Treason.

his pardons will tell us everything we know about this administration

What does Milley need a pardon for, Biden?? Tell the masses and at least level what frickery you’re absolving your guy of.

Any pardon proves a crime occurred otherwise why have a pardon.

This one and Schiff would be way worse than the worst pardon of all time, Hunter Biden.

But Trump is a dictator.

My knee jerk reaction...only thing I could think of was a potential charge of ignoring orders from Trump back in the day or something tangential to that.

well he actually said that he talked to his counterpart in China assuring them that "he would not allow a nuclear strike"
Don't know if that is the precise verbiage or not, but that was the message as I recall.
That has to be a serious military crime of some sort, ranging up to treason, and at least acting without proper authority.
Can treason be pardoned??

I'm pretty sure there are not limits on a presidential pardon. The authority is damned near absolute.

Guarantee you he will turn it down.
No way a military panel of officers convicts him of anything. He knows this.

Congressional Republicans should declare that they will investigate every governmental official that Biden pardons.

Going behind Trump's back and contacting his Chinese counterpart is fully deserving of an investigation into, and an indictment for treason. That is also one of two crimes for which the president has no authority for the issuance of a pardon. Furthermore, a person found guilty of treason may be sentenced to execution.
Biden may be able to issue a pardon to Milley on other federal crimes for which he may have been prosecuted in the future, but he cannot save him from a charge of treason nor from any sentence imposed if found guilty.
I'm not sure what sentence I would like to see imposed upon those who are high-ranking officers, bureaucrats, or elected officials. Hanging is very tempting, but so is re-opening Ft. Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas for their incarceration to serve a life sentence.

Yes I was out of the loop for a bit and didn't think think things out about these allegations...that's a total Treason charge waiting to happen in my book but do we have enough stones collectively circa 2024 to pursue it as such? That's the big question and I doubt the media will do anything aside than pull in the other direction for that charge either in the first place to stoke the outrage that should be there otherwise. .
