The INS industry better get on it and GoFundMe money for Geico to keep fighting this.
This will open them up for all kinds of claims of sexual stuff... rape, std, pregnancy. Not just in cars but in apts and homes.
Why not sue the car mfgr for making a vehicle large enough for them to have the sex? And I'm wondering was in the car the first and only time they had sex cause hard to believe she didn't get it if they had prior sex.

Unless it was a one night stand kind of thing, but they say it was her bf. Then maybe if it was legit their first time, cause if it weren't no way she didn't get it prior.
This arbritrator would be the type that would find blame in the store for someone getting covid, because the store didn't have a mask policy sign on the door.

Someone asked a great question in the comments. If he knocked her up, would Geico be forced to pay child support? That’s essentially what the arbiter said.
