While Newsom was away, desperate residents remained stranded in mountain communities, many running out of food, fuel, and medicine. In some places, the promised California National Guard help had not yet arrived.

Newsome is a POS but the residents are stupid for not being stocked up. All reports showed this would be a big snowstorm and you know CA would suck with the response.

It’s always been fascinating to me that so long as they can punish and eliminate the capitalist elite class, the rank and file lefties are perfectly fine replacing them with a political elite class who will enjoy every bit of the same luxury and privilege.
Meanwhile the rank and file remains as poor and removed from the decision making as they ever were.
