Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is now funding studies on how to best manipulate people to receive “future” COVID-19 vaccines – including “targeted” messaging and financial compensation – despite studies continuing to show links between the vaccine and myocarditis.
“In men younger than 40 years old, the number of excess myocarditis events per million people was higher after a second dose of mRNA-1273 than after a positive SARS-CoV-2 test (97 [95% CI, 91–99] versus 16 [95% CI, 12–18]).”

I'm pretty sure that by the time the dust settles from the current covid vaccine, no amount of propaganda will get anyone to bite next time.

Recently the Dems have jumped on a recent study about kids in poor areas with asthma going up, I've wondered if forcing kids to wear masks was considered in the study.

What you describe is nothing more than the entire discipline of "Implementation Science" that can be found in just about any college of public health.
The guiding principle is something to the effect of: "How do we get people to engage in healthy behaviors?" It seems harmless enough.
But it's also intrusive and pretty much a formal program in training a profession of Karens who now have a license to tell you how to live your life.
And I think most people just want to be left alone to make their own decisions.
