Without eminent domain we'd have no interstates, highways, railroads, post offices, fire stations, power plants, dams, dikes, etc, etc, etc.

Did you have a problem when the last administration seized more land than Texas 3x over (553 million acres) using eminent domain?

Convenient? If you call National Security a convenience then sure, all for it. I mean just today the 9th Circuit ruled in favor of the wall. You know if the 9th Circuit ruled in favor of it it’s needed.

Lol. So supposedly conservatives are now for taking private land and declaring national emergencies? Guess I shouldn't be shocked since you guys are responsible for one of the most expensive Wars in history and the Patriot Act

Being a capitalist, I've always supported eminent domain.

I'm also a realist.

Okay mr. Realist. Did you think Mexico is going to pay for the wall? Do you think it was actually going to stop people from coming in illegally?

US citizens can legally arrest those suspected of felony or breach of peace.

Oh the Dem melt when Texas ranch owners start cuffing their future voters at gunpoint

I don't care who pays for it and yes it will greatly reduce illegal immigration when completed.

Plenty of examples of border walls/barriers working around the world. Israel's is very effective.

National security is one of the main functions of government. The southern border migration is a crisis with more far reaching consequences than you can imagine.
