Twitter is saying this is all about him (plantiff) getting to testify in court to spill some beans on things he witnessed ... at which time the Feds will have to pick it up and file their own criminal case.
He is forcing the Fed's hands.

I’m not a lawyer so I’m not hardly qualified to answer in a meaningful way but that seems unlikely.
If he has evidence why not just release it?
I hope I’m wrong but I think it’s unlikely it plays out like that. He named Soros and the CGF too. They probably have decent lawyers I’m guessing. And I’m thinking this guy isn’t any Morris Dees himself. Hope I’m wrong.
