Can’t focus on anything but Sara in the swimsuit

That was and still is a nest of vipers at FBI and DOJ. I always thought the object was to discover the truth, not count coup and rack up convictions and confessions by any means necessary.

I certainly emphasize with Ms. Gritz, and she seems like the type of woman I could bone and then talk to after instead of wanting to leave. That said, that judge isn't going to read that wall of text. It's filled with "I was wronged, so you must see that Mike was wronged".
I understand why Flynn's attorney didn't want to submit it.

Yep.
And it’s more than just a “handful of corrupt individuals at the top”.

Dammit this is a travesty.
This woman should be reinstated and put in charge at the FBI along with Flynn....and let them clean house.

Correct you are Gravy. Im sick of hearing about the fricking rank and file, "its just a few at the top" bullshite. Between mueller and comey, they ran the place for seventeen years, this is THEIR culture. Hundreds at the fbi and doj and state and cia and white house and senate/house involved in this mess, 100s if not 1000s and the only friggin person to stop it was Mike Rogers from the NSA and they tried to can his arse.
We will never rip out this cancer, but some people HAVE to go to jail for there to ever be a deterrent to this friggin nonsense.

I sure hope Judge Sullivan tosses this conviction and orders a special counsel as he has done in the past.

I believe I have a unique inside view of the mannerisms surrounding Andrew McCabe, other FBI Executive Management and Former Director Mueller, as well as the unethical and coercive tactics they use, not to seek the truth, but to coerce pleas or admissions to end the pain, as I call it. They destroy lives for their own agendas instead of seeking the truth for the American people. Candor is something that should be encouraged and used by leadership to have necessary and continued improvement. Under Mueller, it was seen as a threat and viciously opposed by those he pulled up in the chain of command.
I am explaining this because numerous Agents have expressed the need for you to know McCabe’s and Mueller’s pattern of “target and destroy” has been utilized on many others, without regard for policies and laws. I, myself, am a casualty of this reprehensible behavior and I have spoken to well over 150 other FBI individuals who are casualties as well.
quote:
Throughout the last year, I have kept abreast of the revelations surrounding anything related to Mike’s case. I believe, from my years at the FBI and in exposing corruption and discrimination, the circumstances surrounding the targeting, investigation, leaking, and coercion of him to plea are all consistent with the unethical process I and many others have witnessed at the FBI. The charge which Mike Flynn plead to was the result of deception, intimidation, and bias/agenda. Simply, Mike is being branded a convicted felon due to an unethical and dishonest investigation by people who were malicious, vindictive, and corrupt. They wished to silence Mike, like they had once silenced me.
quote:
We now know all FBI employees involved in Mike Flynn’s case have either been fired, forced to resign or forced to retire because of their excessive lack of candor, punitive biases, leaking of information, and extensive cover-up of their deeds.

Yeah, I disagree with Hubba Bubba. It is much more than a disgruntled employee. It shows a division in the agency.

It is much more than a disgruntled employee.
quote:It also shows that without the initial 302, Flynn's case should be dismissed with prejudice and the responsible prosecutors should be sanctioned.
It shows a division in the agency.

Calling for Trump to pardon Flynn.

And I'm sure you don't want to apply that rule to Hillary the Hag

President Trump should consider rehiring her and sending her in at high level in FBI to clean it up

One has to wonder how far the infection goes since the FBI can influence hiring all over the government due to their background check responsibilities. Makes me wonder how far Mueller/Comey's tentacles reach. They effectively had the opportunity to exert veto power over all federal positions requiring a FBI background check.

Excellent Point. In that sense they do run the Country

Okay, where is it? Mueller refused to hand it over if there is one...the original one, not the Strzok "interview" 7 months later

and there is a 302
Flynn is accused of lying to the FBI in a private interview. The 302 documenting that session is AWOL.
