Mosses is located in Lowndes County in central Alabama. In January 2017, Hill pleaded guilty to a felony ethics charge of using his office for personal gain. His conviction resulted from multiple alleged schemes perpetrated by Hill to unlawfully direct more than $25,000 belonging to the Town of Mosses to his personal bank account or to pay his personal bills.
Hill was sentenced to five years in the Alabama Department of Corrections, serving approximately three months of incarceration, with the remainder of the sentence on community corrections followed by probation. In November, while Hill was on probation, the Montgomery Police Department received a complaint that Hill forcibly raped a 12-year-old child in Montgomery County.

Ummmm thought the blacks weren't given any kind of leeway?? And rapes a 12 yo...when he should have been getting raped in jail???
We really need to make a list of all these to just point to when the race baiters and white knighters whine about how blacks are treated unfairly.

Well, in fairness that tells the whole story. If this were a corrupt, conservative, child rapist politician, the article would say "Republican" at least 5 times, "conservative" at least three times, and as lagniappe it would say "GOP" at least once... plus, this would be national news.

Lol I know thats the truth. I work for tree company and we worked there a few years back. This dude had bricks to walk on to get to his dog pin so he wouldn't be walking in back yard shite. I almost got sick watching him feed his dog.
