I hold by my prediction. Republicans have too much to lose . And the last week has made that even more apparent. Unless there is a plausible bombshell or Kavanaugh commits a huge inexplicable gaffe , he gets confirmed.

This is very simple.
The seat sat empty for so long because Obama didn’t nominate anyone that had the votes to be confirmed.
For such was confirmed quickly because he had the votes.
Cavanaugh will be confirmed quickly because he had the votes.
If Obama had nominated Gorsuch, he would have been confirmed quickly.

Not only will he be seated, His legacy will be the nominee that tipped the liberal party into full blown lunacy.
RBG may have have a heart attack over it and Trumps next nominee will be known as the Wooden Cross that was driven into the empty hole where the liberal parties heart would have been if they had any morals.
