Florida Cop planted meth on random drivers

30 years is not nearly enough IMO, life without parole, this man ruined peoples lives.

Wester, who was fired last September, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 52 counts of racketeering, false imprisonment, official misconduct, fabricating evidence and possession of controlled substances, among other charges. He’s accused of indiscriminately targeting innocent drivers and hauling them off to jail after planting meth or marijuana in their vehicles while feigning a “search."

This is why you never agree to a search of anything

Damn, it's a Dave Chappell skit come to life.
"Open and shut case. Sprinkle some crack on him and let's get out of here..."

Agreed. Dude should get life for that sh*t.
They should mandate that all traffic stops/arrests where the bodycam is shut off should be voided. He wrecked a lot of lives

Bowling and Smith, confident they had nothing to hide, told Wester to go ahead and search the car after he claimed to smell marijuana, assuring him he wouldn’t find any.
I've done a complete 180 on this, and have told my son to never let a police officer search his car w/o a warrant. This is the reason why.

Are we not supposed to do that?

Most of them probably had it coming anyways.

Nah, 30 years is plenty. Just make sure he's put in general population and all the other inmates know exactly who he is and what he's done. Things will sort themselves out in short order.
As an added bonus make him share a cell with an unusually obese predatory homosexual with questionable personal hygiene and a fetish for both oral and anal rape.

And all of them are going to get paid
Which, in turn, hurts the taxpayers.

More than ample, in fact. IF this protocol is indeed followed:
quote:
Just make sure he's put in general population and all the other inmates know exactly who he is and what he's done
I’d say in that case, 6 months is more than ample.
