My buddy in Jax had his mail in vote for Trump rejected because the signatures didn’t match. Tuesday isn’t going to end well. I’m afraid we won’t know who wins until several days later.

You can track it online from the day they mail it out, where they sent it, when they receive it back and when it's counted.

Is he out of state, handicapped or otherwise incapacitated? Because the only people who should be voting by mail are those in the aforementioned categories plus democrats.

Same thing happened to me In Washington state,but I will admit my signature didn’t match my drivers license. They mailed me a sig confirmation form and my vote was counted a couple days later

They typically send a notice and give you an opportunity to correct it.
If there is frickery going on I don't think they can hide this by rejecting signatures as you get the opportunity to correct it.
ETA: If you want your vote to count for sure vote in person.
