The tyrants and karens tried to get past liberty argument by saying that the unvaxxed are a danger to the vaxxed.
It was a silly argument then and is a silly argument now.
First, real vaccines don't work this way. Once you are vaccinated you are supposed to be immune to the disease.

So when can the taxpayers file class action lawsuits?

Awesome - my wife got vaxxed 1.5 years ago under threat of being fired... glad she's able to give the vax back and move on.
