Per Fox News Bret Baier.

Get ready for tons of fraud and chaos and overall murky shite.

DOJ will appeal.

This will most likely go to the Supreme Court.

What’s stopping people from voting on time or is this just a count up after the fact?

What is deemed as the reason for the holdup? Are they making time for Election Day postmarked mail?

Believe ballots postmarked by election day can be counted if received 6 days after election. Some states have enacted even less restrictive laws for counting 14+ days after, so this ruling could be very important

Ballots will be counted so long as they are postmarked on or before Election Day.

Why have deadlines at all? People have to work and feed their children while battling covid and waiting for their stimulus check to buy a stamp to mail the vote in.

Deadlines suppress the vote!

Why 6 days? Why not 60? What's so magical about the number 6?

How can anyone look at all of these last minute changes to voting schedules and ballot deadlines etc and believe everything is on the up and up? I can't remember an election where every other day, a different state was coming up with new rules about voting and ballot counting.

How did he come up with 6 days? Why not 7, 10, 5 working days, 14 or some other number just pulled out of thin air? Hell let’s just count votes until we reach the number of votes to match the population.

6 Days

Why 6? Why not 8 or 4. Where do these arbitrary numbers for these new laws coming from the bench originate?

Yea, so that allows plenty of time to find uncounted bags of votes in the trunk of various cars.
