I said this yesterday. If the vaccinated are safe, why do they care if the unvaccinated die?

This has been answered numerous times. Geaux Tigers will start posting before listening to the response again but if you truly want that answer and want to take it in for a second here goes:

The vaccines are not 100 percent. No vaccines are. 70 percent is felt to be a success. So while to date it is felt that vaccines decrease your risk for severe disease, it is not 100 percent guarantee,THAT DOES NOT MEAN IT DOESN’T WORK.

If there is nobody around that is spreading the disease, there is near zero percent chance it will be transmitted to you (vaccinated or not). That is why measles is so rare.

If you are in a room with 100 people that have Covid, your risk of getting Covid goes up. Even if the risk for the vaccinated person is lower to get and then get severe disease is lower since they got vaccinated, the risk still increases.

All of those diseases with vaccines listed are extremely rare if around at all.

And exactly how do you think we got there?

Are any of those vaccines currently approved by the FDA on an emergency basis? You’re simply comparing apples to oranges.

And nobody here will be complaining about that mandate once the FDA approval happens in a couple of months?

ot sure what massive litigation would do

“Vaccines required for day care, pre-K, and school attendance

Diphtheria and Tetanus toxoid-containing vaccine and Pertussis vaccine (DTaP or Tdap)
Hepatitis B vaccine.
Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccine (MMR)
Polio vaccine.
Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccine.”

Unless you are an illegal alien. Then no shots are required.

What don’t you understand about “experimental”? Not only is the vaccine experimental, mRNA therapy itself is experimental. It’s use is limited to research studies. But because we’ve got selfish assholes like yourself you just want everyone to bend over, grab the ankles and take whatever the frick they give you, the FDA is just gonna rubber stamp it for approval.

Exactly like I said. You will be complaining about that mandate while just above saying it was apples to oranges because those others are FDA approved.

I haven’t said I approved of a universal mandate.

I just pointed out that people saying that they are good with the previous vaccine mandates but not this one due to “FDA approval” will be changing that stance soon. Hell. I have already shown it with you.

Exactly. I know 3 people who were vaccinated & have covid right now. Aside from not knowing the long term issues, obviously it’s not 100% bulletproof. To each his own as it should be in a free country.

Meanwhile, NYC Reddit is talking about how to best mandate.

One suggestion getting upvotes is imposing a $1000 fine if you’re hospitalized with covid but are unvaccinated.

I cannot imagine how racist and hateful you are to poor people if you actually support that idea. You’re just going to make them even less likely to seek care.

All of this are FDA approved.

Pfizer will be approved in September. Where will your argument shift to then?
