Rep. Well at least Brady, D-PA paid his fellow dimocrat to drop out. Cheap arsed Hillary cheated poor Bernie out with no restitution! Good thing he’s a communist and doesn’t care about money past his needs. Of course as a communist leader, his needs are extravagant!

On the face, no. But by trying to conceal the payments they may be guilty of some FEC regulation.

Bottom line is that his opponent's campaign was in serious debt. Normally it isn't unheard of for a winner to use some cash to cover the loser's debts if the loser agrees to endorse.

In this case the loser seemed to want the cash up front.

This happens frequently. Money, contracts, guaranteed jobs are offered to get people to drop out.
