FBI Director Wray opens internal investigation into how bureau handled Michael Flynn case

The review will be handled by the bureau’s Inspection Division, the FBI said. That division is similar to an internal affairs office in a police department.

So the FBI is going to investigate itself. I'm sure heads will roll, and the findings definitely WON'T be something like "mistakes were made and we need to improve our procedures."

The investigation is a way to get the FBI’s version of the story out, and put the blame on everyone else.

Hell, after the IG report said no Russian collusion Warner and Burr released their 3 year long find-- that there was Russian collusion.
Wray is doing this to stave off getting fired. It means as much as Graham having committees and supposed dog & pony show hearings.
I keep seeing the term, 'reformatting the FBI' in the last few weeks. Taking them off the intel vetting for POTUS candidates blah blah blah.
This is where this is all going, the FBI will be the scape goat and reformatted; and no one will ever do a seditious coup again they pinky swear like they always do.
