The FBI is a mess.
I don't know if Wray is a good guy or not but I do NOT envy the task in front of him right now.
It was probably corrupt to the core for many years but seems to have become downright toxic under fricknuts.

I’m on record saying it was a huge mistake when Trump didn’t clean house from top to bottom at every Federal agency day one.

I agree. Very big mistake. Trump was very naive and maybe still is. He had no idea that he was going to be the target of the most aggressive, all-out effort from all Dem constituencies, including mass media and the Wash DC bureaucrats, to unseat a duly elected POTUS.
Right now, as I sit, I have to say that despite all of his successful achievements, he may not be re elected. This Soft Coup is very aggressive and shows no sign of relent.

My main question is why what they call their “chief counterintelligence agent” was on such a case? There was never a real effort at an investigation anyway. It was a 100% coverup effort from the word go.

It’s makes you wonder who was making those early decisions right after the inauguration. Trump had the Swamp reeling, if he would’ve went scorched earth he would probably not be dealing with this Trump/Russia witch hunt.

I think the problem with the FBI has been going on through several administrations. I will agree it seems to have been taken to a new level with Obama and his crew.
It is quite disturbing what is going on.
Going to have to pull it out by the roots and nobody is going to go that far.
