Note, the FBI and DOJ had to actually investigate this.
They don't even have to investigate Comey - he's presented the case for them by being so public. And yet....nothing.
I guess if you're a regular FBI person and you leak, you get charged. If you're the FBI Director, it's OK.

Yes. He's setting the precedent that agents and those actively in the FBI can be sentenced to prison for the same thing Comey and others did. Now will he be sentenced to prison is the question?

This got used scissors to cut up several documents to disguise the original documents.
Then he took a photograph of the "ransom-like" document.
Search warrant on home (ala Cohen raid) recovered the device that took the photograph.
He's toast.
