Lawmakers like Sens. Rand Paul and Ted Cruz have called for Dr. Fauci to step down and be prosecuted over the course of COVID-19. Fauci scoffs at such threats, calling it "noise." "They're really criticizing science because I represent science. That's dangerous."
Also says that it’s laughable that Cruz said he should be thrown in jail and implicitly says that Cruz is the one who should be prosecuted due to inciting January 6th.
Then he goes on to say that Cruz and Paul are just trying to distract the public from what Trump is doing. Hey Tony, last time I checked, you fake Italian mother fricker, Trump is not the President and Joe Biden is. He has no elected power anymore.

He would never survive a rigorous cross-examination at trial. in fact I question whether he would ever be allowed to be qualified as an expert to provide testimony given his limited credentials and fake science
