Family Guy - TRUMP GUY (Season 17, Episode 11)

I like to watch a little family guy from time to time before bed. I stumbled on Season 17, Episode 11 TRUMP GUY

I can't even explain how disgusted I was after watching this filth. I get that Family Guy is Shock TV which I usually find great but this episode crossed the line in so many ways.
This is not an "Oh I am upset because they made fun of a Polticial figure I support")
I would be all for it if the next episode was "Obama Guy" or "Biden Guy" - But this was just completly bullshite. I can't even imagine the rioting, uproar outrage if they made an episode like this about Obama.
It actually shows Trump Fingering Meg... Made extreme fun of Ivanka.. made fun of Melania. It was extremly poor taste and complete bullshite.

The show has always had brief moments where they’d make fun of gays or some other liberal institution, but it was always left-leaning going back to the GWB administration. Probably more so now, I haven’t watched in years.

Watch the episode from last season called First Blood. Stewie thinks he's pregnant. It's hilarious. And the ending is them making fun of women saying the original Ghostbusters is better.

A few seasons ago, they had a nice episode about Brian getting stalked, harassed, beaten, threatened and forced to move out.. because he posted an insensitive tweet. Was a humorous spotlight on how dumb cancel culture is.
They've had several bits over several seasons where they mock Bill Clinton.
Don't get me wrong.. the Clinton shite was lighthearted. The trump shite, ya can basically taste the hatred coming from them. Especially the episode where the entire episode revolved around the characters saying potential future headlines... about trump being imprisoned, and some of his people killing themselves in prison.

I doubt that very much. This show hasn’t been funny in damn near 20 years and it isn’t because of Trump. The writing is super lazy, they draw out and repeat bits as a form of comedy and basically rely on shock value to stay relevant. It’s like they write every episode for a first time viewer.
I attribute it to the cancellation and then being picked back up. The creator is clearly a narcissist, the show getting picked up again, and getting 2 more shows, made him eventually stop caring about actually being funny.
Damn shame because it used to be a hilarious show.
