Facebook censorship continues: Bret Weinstein bas been banned from Facebook

Here's a thought: how about if every republican shut down their own facebook account for one month.....would it hurt facebook financially?

Keep in mind:
A. Bret Weinstein (and his brother Eric) is one of the smartest motherfrickers in the public sphere right now, and
B. He is pretty far to the left, politically. He just doesn't believe in all this censorship and tyranny of the thought police.
Despite these things, the monolithic left has decided he must be destroyed.

Respectfully, and I say this as a guy that likes him...but guys like Brett are how we got into this situation in the first damn place. He and his wife remained quiet for years as the left attacked the right. It was only when it came home to roost and he got a taste of it did it seem to bother him. Listen to him on most of these political subjects...the guy is VERY far to the left.
Glad to have them speaking up now, but I'm not ready to anoint any of these guys like him or Jonathan Haidt heroes given what they helped spawn.

Fb and Twitter need government regulation. Twitter and Facebook are the most popular avenues of communication for our government and populace.
More people probably use social media as their way to communicate than they do their landline phone. frick, everyone I know doesn't even have a landline anymore.
