Ex-Google Employee‘s Lawsuit Against Google
Posted by Tigerhalen

Microaggressions, ableist for commenting on the walking pace, and needing to fire a white guy because he’s a white male. Further proof this country has gone insane.
“The HR rep ‘openly admitted … that if the complaint was ‘in reverse’ — a female accusing a white male of harassment — the complaint would certainly be escalated,’according to the lawsuit.”
“Olohan claims Miller began retaliating against him after he made the complaint by criticizing him and reporting him to human resources for ‘microaggressions,’ although the complaint does not specify what Miller accused him of.”
“Olohan said he began feeling increasing pressure from his supervisor, who told him that there were ‘obviously too many white guys’ on his management team. In July he was encouraged to fire a male employee to make room on his team for a woman, the suit claims.”
“During a videoconference call, Olohan said he was told by the Google Employee Investigations team that he was being fired because he was not “‘inclusive.’”
“When he asked why he was non-inclusive, Olohan was told that he had shown favoritism towards high-performing employees and that he was “‘ableist’” for commenting on other employees’ “‘walking pace.’”

Well now that is text book sexual harassment from mrs Miller.
Just more proof our society is catered toward women.

The more woke hiring they do the faster they will suffer the consequences of incompetency

Gawd we need to go back to bullying... people have gotten so soft. Probably someone overheard him tell someone they needed to hussle crossing the street.

There’s no better way to foster inclusion than by excluding someone.

My manager had to send out a formal apology to a dozen people on a conference call because he said we needed to circle the wagons. It’s every major company that is coddling these whiny toilet paper soft bitches. I’m just biding my time for a few more months until I’ll be working in the business my wife and I own.
I refuse to add pronouns to my signature or to attend any of the woke gatherings the company hosts. When I’m asked why I don’t have my pronouns in my email signatures, I politely explain that I’m fairly certain my pronouns are obvious without having them in my signature.

This person was probably on board with this type of leadership, until it bit them in the ass. Oh well. Learn from this.
