A question about all of this; How does the statute of limitations affect these possible charges? I can't find much, other than most federal crimes like conspiracy or fraud, have a 5 year statute of limitations.
I'd love to know more about this. TIA.

If Durham can get someone indicted that was part of the conspiracy, it will toll the statute of limitations for the others.

You're correct. Bongino went into great depth and detail about the specifics of Spygate way back in 2017. He discussed details on his podcast weeks and months before they became public. Spygate had zero to do with Q. I'm still to this day convinced Q is nothing more than a sophisticated trolling of the establishment.
Having said all this, I have no faith anyone involved in Spygate will ever see any justice.
