If Biden’s handlers were smart they would pardon the J6 people this week and say “the country needs to heal from all the division.” It would drive the Hunter pardon out of the MSM and it would let all the MSM talk about how “presidential” Biden is and how the “Democrats are the only ones trying to heal the country.”

They are too stupid to do that though.

It’s truly pathetic. He’s in a never ended solo circle jerk “owning MAGA”

Bet. There were a lot of violent people convicted of crimes of violence. I doubt Trump touches them with a 10-foot pole.

Shocked I tell you to see this post from the cuck in chief!!

If you actually assaulted an officer or destroyed property then you should be charged for that..
And every other MF that amazingly can't be found or is not getting charged for it those are the ones that need investigating the most.
Find the fake pipe bomber. Time for the real antagonists to go to jail.

Protests in streets without breaching the perimeter is not a comparable scenario. That one lasted about one hour, too. Again, not comparable.
Yeah ... "mostly peaceful"

... although, we can damn well agree they were not comparable.

Any J6'ers who did not commit violent acts should receive a full pardon and compensation for their wrongful persecution. Those who so dishonestly persecuted them and denied their civil and constitutional rights should take their old cells.

Not at all.

He was yet another one who fulfilled the prophecy

I imagine you can't discuss this topic without referencing an event unrelated to January 6 (like the 2020 riots) or alleged clandestine operatives (whether government, Antifa, "Deep state", etc.)

Ah, I see.

But you do know that differential/unequal justice is injustice?
You do know that negating any address of such differentials, where they exist, negates the ability to point out the injustice?

----

Hypothetical:

Cops set up a radar speed check.

5 Black drivers are pulled for exceeding the speed limit by 5-15mph. No other Black drivers exceeded the speed limit. Nothing unjust there, right? The Black drivers have no reason to complain, because, afterall, they were speeding.

Meanwhile, 100 White drivers blow through the same speed check at 15-30mph over the speed limit. Not a single one is pulled.

The pattern repeats itself for months.

Is that justice?

Damn. I didn't even read this before posting the ironic BLM picture above.

I'm glad you have accepted that you're making BLM-esque arguments now in this arena. You rejected this previously when the CA district court judge made another illegal ruling that you liked.

Surely you aren't discounting the premise of equal justice simply d/t BLM abuses of the claim? I could just as easily frame this in Alvin Bragg - Daniel Penny terms.

Justice should be blind and equally meted for all. Regarding J6, it was neither. You seem to want to debate that, and discount the point when others raise it.

It’s not justice. It’s targeting one group.

Oddly put, and diametrically opposite the truth.

The case you're referencing was exactly this issue, selective prosecution based on politics.

Name them.

I didn't know that any of them (J6er's) had been to trial.
