To be fair, I have traveled to a few countries where I had to be vaccinated at least 10 days before traveling there. (Yellow Fever and meningitis)

I read a little further. It looks like it wouldn't even ban people who aren't vaccinated.
I imagine the vaccine passport would allow you to skip the pre-departure PCR test many countries have instituted and/or avoid any arrival quarantines.
Obviously, I'd rather see the restrictions all go away entirely, but this in itself isn't doing much in the way of restriction that hasn't already been crossed. If anything it's a partial rollback but any added rule supports a regulatory state to continue which isn't great news.
